"Crying helps me slow down and obsess over the weight of life's problems.” — Sadness (from Disney’s Inside Out)
Have you ever noticed that you have these things called “emotions”? (Because your parents have noticed.) Yeah, emotions are kind of a big deal. They are a part of your everyday experience: sometimes good, sometimes not so good, sometimes just straight-up confusing. But God made us with emotions, so we know there’s a lot of good involved. At summer camp this June, we’re going to talk emotions. (Note to young men: Video Games and Hungry are not emotions.) We’ll talk about what’s right with our emotions, what’s wrong with our emotions, and what we can do to keep our emotions from ruling the universe (because that’s God’s job).
We hope you’ll join us. Bring your emotions. Bring your friends. Bring your emotional friends (within reason). You can register here!
