On Sunday, August 20 we’ll begin a new ministry year, including a return to all classes for Redeemer Kids! You’ll receive our annual “Year-at-a-Glance” calendar, you’ll notice some changes around the physical building, and we will have a big picnic after the service. Here are the details you need to know:
REDEEMER KIDS
Classes for kids up to rising 5th graders will be back in full swing this Sunday. We will be using a new curriculum, The Biggest Story, and most classes will be meeting in new rooms! We will continue to welcome kids into the service on the first Sunday of every month.
BUILDING
Most significantly, Redeemer Kids has made the following changes:
- Check-in has moved to the table in the foyer. Express check-in will remain on the ledge by the office.
- Nursery is now in room 9
- Walkers is now in room 10
- 3-4 year-olds are now in room 11
- K-2nd graders are now in room 12
- 3-5th graders are still in rooms 7/8
These changes put all Redeemer Kids classrooms on the same wall and provide larger rooms for each class.In future weeks, we will transition room 6 into adult classroom space, and we will paint the walls. If you need a photo with the drummer or the TNT logo, please do that soon!
PICNIC & FUN AFTER THE SERVICE
Join us after the service to celebrate! There will be bounce houses, face painting, gaga ball, volleyball, and a hot dog picnic for all!
- We’ll provide hot dogs, chips, and drinks.
- Please bring:
- a dish to share
- something to sit on. (We will have a few tables and chairs available for those who need them.)
