End-of-Year Giving, A Building, & the Mission

End-of-Year Giving, A Building, & the Mission

As the end of the year approaches we wanted to send out a couple of notes related to end-of-year giving — a couple logistics, as well as a reminder of what you’re contributing to as you give to Redeemer.

The Logistics

You can give as normal this Sunday (December 18), but to keep things streamlined and simple, we will not be collecting financial offerings on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

If you would like a financial gift to be tax deductible for 2016, please ensure that your mailed contribution is postmarked by December 31. You can send financial gifts (or use your bank’s website to do so) with this address:

Redeemer Community Church
PO Box 6406
Aurora IL 60598

The Goal

As you know, we have a vision to find a more permanent facility in Aurora in the near term future. We worked harder than ever before at acquiring one building this year; although that specific building did not pan out, we believe the answer to these prayers will come soon. In the last financial year, we were able to put more than $20,000 into savings with this aim in mind. As you give above and beyond regular giving this year, you are helping us together come one step closer to the goal of moving into a building that will serve as a center for growing gospel ministry.

More deeply, we as a church exist to see lives transformed by the power of the gospel to the glory of God. Whether you are giving a special gift this month, or whether you have been faithfully giving throughout the year, thank you for your financial partnership that continues to enable God-glorifying gospel ministry!
