Family Worship Class

If you could instill one thing in your children before they leave your home, what would you want it to be?  My guess is that a lot of you would say something similar to what I would say:  A stabilizing, directing, and satisfying faith in and love for the Lord Jesus Christ.  Perhaps you’d also agree with me when I say that I need a lot of help even leading my children in this direction.  I say we help each other!  Whether “family worship” is a thing that’s going beautifully in your home or not a thing at all in your home, I want to invite you to come to a shame-and-guilt-free hour of talking and praying and encouraging one another to take a step in the right direction.  Dads, moms — whoever cares to join me — we will meet on Sunday, January 19 from 8:30-9:30a at Plank for this purpose.  Childcare and coffee will be provided, so please RSVP to janderson@redeemercom.org by January 13 so I know how much of each is necessary.  I believe God cares about these things, so I’m confident He will meet us in our meager efforts.  Let’s grow together!
