Mission Church “Baby Shower”

God has given us the opportunity as a church family to join God’s work of planting a new church in Montgomery — Mission Church! This is a sweet opportunity for us to invest in future gospel ministry. This month, Kyle & Coleen Gennicks and those on the commission team are beginning to host “interest gatherings” on Sunday nights in the Lakewood Creek subdivision, with a goal of transitioning to Sunday morning meetings this fall. Among the items for prayer: we are praying for people to come and get connected quickly. One way you can bless this church plant: on Sunday morning July 29, we are planning to have a “church plant baby shower” — an opportunity to pray for the church plant and bless them with gifts. We’d love to invite you to consider as an individual, a family, or a community group how God might lead you to give a cash gift or to purchase certain “registry items” – things that a church plant will need, like preschool toys for childcare or Bibles for Sunday mornings.
