This fall, we will be offering an inductive Bible study for girls and women, ages 13-99! (For Josh Fenska’s thoughts about this study, read his blog post here.) Laura VanHuis will be teaching through the book of James, using Courtney Doctor’s study of this book. Weekly meetings will consist of 45 minutes of small group time, followed by 45 minutes of large group teaching. There will be approximately five hours of homework each week.
This is an 11-week study that will meet from September 7 through November 23. There will be no class on October 26.
The study is being offered from 9-11am on Tuesday mornings at Advent and from 7-9pm on Tuesday evenings at Laura’s house in Aurora. The content at both meetings will be indentical, so you can choose which time works best for you. We are working on getting childcare for the morning group.
The cost is $10.
