Since this church began meeting in 1998, our vision has been to see lives transformed by the power of the gospel to the glory of God.
Here’s what we focus on doing:
- Christ-centered WORSHIP. Worship means drawing near to God in prayer and praise. Christ-centered worship means this: as people who are adopted and loved as God’s children, “we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus” (Heb. 10:19).
- Christ-centered DISCIPLESHIP. Discipleship means helping one another follow Christ as students of the Word and servants in all of life. Christ-centered discipleship means that we do not seek to follow Christ in order to be accepted by God, but because in Christ we already are welcomed and loved and empowered by God (Rom. 15:7; 1 John 3:1; John 15:5, 8).
- Christ-centered MISSION. Mission is what we are sent to do. We’re sent to make disciples of Jesus, as a part of God’s great plan to make all things new (Matt. 28:16-20; John 20:21). Christ-centered mission means that as we take the good news to the world, our message is not about religion. It’s about a person: “For God so loved the world that he gave His only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
Some of our values:
We intend always to be a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, God-glorifying church community, rooted in sound doctrine, with a passion for humbly applying God’s Word in all of life, as we seek to spread the gospel of grace to others.
